Recareering is a development opportunity for those who are looking to redefine the meaning and place of work in their lives as they move into a new stage of living. You will explore what you want to take with you and what you prefer to leave behind on this journey. You will create a vision based on your enthusiasms, lifestyle choices, strengths and values.

The programme can be completed in part or whole with someone who has a stake in the outcome. The four modules are flexible, customised to meet your objectives.

Four modules, outcomes include:
Participants engage in coaching, acquiring skills and knowledge to achieve the following:

1.       Vision for the Future. Clarify the meaning of work – past, present and future. Identify life and work goals, plus understand your career values and the ways in which your work defines who you are.
2.       Resource Audit. Identify the skills you want to build into your future, your financial plan and strategies to make the best use of your resources. Explore ways to restructure work and unpaid activities to fit your life and achieve your goals.
3.       Communication Plan. Design a step-by-step plan, enabling you to discuss future options and goals with key people, networking and negotiating change to increase desired opportunities.
4.       Succession Plan – Map of the Journey. Develop a plan to achieve your desired future by identifying specific actions and timeframes.
